These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Garage Goats LLC. By requesting a quote or approving any service agreement you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES Garage Goats LLC provides garage reset, garage cleanout, junk removal, storage unit cleanout, curbside pickup, and buy back services across the greater Denver metro area. All services are performed by a trained two-person crew. Service scope is defined in the approved quote for each job.

QUOTES AND PRICING All quotes are based on a visual assessment of the work site and are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Flat rate pricing covers the scope and volume described in the quote. If actual volume or job complexity exceeds the quoted scope the customer will be notified before additional work proceeds. Additional charges will be agreed upon before any out-of-scope work is performed. Garage Goats LLC does not guarantee unlimited time or unlimited haul volume at any flat rate price.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT Garage Reset and Storage Unit Cleanout services require a 25 percent non-refundable deposit to confirm scheduling. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the job before the crew departs the property. Junk Removal Only and Curbside Pickup services require full payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods are credit card, cash, and check. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Invoices not paid upon completion are subject to a $25 late fee per week until paid in full.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled job date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled job date forfeit the deposit in full. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are accommodated at no charge subject to availability. Same day cancellations forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a $75 trip fee if the crew has already departed for the job.

HAZARDOUS AND EXCLUDED MATERIALS Garage Goats LLC does not remove or transport the following items under any circumstances: paint of any kind, household or commercial chemicals, fuel or fuel containers, propane tanks, unknown liquids, asbestos-containing materials, contaminated or biohazardous waste, medical waste, or any other regulated hazardous material. Items of this nature identified on site will be excluded from the job at no reduction to the quoted price unless they were a material and documented part of the original scope. The customer is solely responsible for the proper identification and disposal of all excluded materials.

HEAVY MATERIALS Our trailer operates within applicable load and weight limits. Garage Goats LLC reserves the right to limit or decline removal of excessively heavy individual items including but not limited to concrete, brick, tile, gravel, sand, and construction debris. A heavy material surcharge of $150 minimum applies to jobs involving significant quantities of rubble or construction debris. All surcharges are communicated and agreed upon before removal proceeds.

PROPERTY AND LIABILITY The customer is responsible for identifying and securing all fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before work begins. Garage Goats LLC takes reasonable care to protect customer property during all jobs but is not liable for damage to items that were not identified or secured prior to the start of work. Any property damage believed to be caused by our crew must be reported before the crew departs the property. Claims reported after crew departure will be assessed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Garage Goats LLC.

ACCESS The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the work area for our crew and trailer prior to the scheduled job date. Garage Goats LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by access issues not disclosed at the time of booking. Jobs delayed by access issues beyond our control may be subject to a $75 delay fee.

PHOTOS AND MARKETING Garage Goats LLC documents all jobs with before and after photos for quality assurance and operational records. By approving a quote or booking a service the customer consents to photos being taken of the work area. Photos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes including social media, our website, and advertising unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before work begins.

BUY BACK PROGRAM Items selected for the buy back program are purchased at a value mutually agreed upon between the customer and Garage Goats LLC at the time of the job. The agreed value is applied as a credit toward the customer invoice and has no cash value. Credits are non-transferable. Garage Goats LLC reserves the right to decline any item for buy back at its sole discretion. Buy back offers require a minimum 50 percent resale margin to qualify.

SATISFACTION If you have any concern about the quality of work completed please contact us within 24 hours of job completion by call or text at 720-909-8692 or email info@garagegoats.com. We will assess the concern and make it right at our discretion. Concerns reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for remedy.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from services provided by Garage Goats LLC shall be resolved in Denver County, Colorado.
